Preheat oven to 300ºF. Place cheese on baking sheet; spread with mustard. Top with almonds.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until cheese is heated through.
Wrap it in puff pastry! Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place cheese on 1 thawed puff pastry sheet. Brush top and side of cheese with mustard; sprinkle with almonds. Wrap pastry around cheese; trim any excess pastry. Bake 15 to 18 min. or until pastry is lightly browned.
