1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (4.5 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted

Place all ingredients except nuts in food processor; cover. Process until well blended. Place on large sheet of plastic wrap.

Roll into 10-inch log; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

Remove cheese log from plastic wrap; roll in pecans until evenly coated on all sides.
