What You Need
Original recipe yields 5 servings
1 cup packed fresh basil
1 cup flat-leaf parsley
1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. water

Let's Make It
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; cover. Process until smooth.
A serving, 1/4 cup, of this pecan pesto goes a long way on flavor.
Mix 3/4 cup of the prepared pesto with 1 lb. of your favorite hot cooked pasta. Serve over grilled meat or fish.
For a thinner consistency, add more water, a teaspoon at a time, until of desired consistency, processing well after each addition.
