Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix flour and granulated sugar in medium bowl. Cut 1 cup of the butter into chunks. Add to flour mixture; cut with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 min. or until lightly browned.
Melt remaining 1/4 cup butter. Mix with eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Stir in pecan pieces. Pour over crust.
Bake an additional 20 to 25 min. or until topping is firm around edges but still lightly soft in center. Cool completely. Cut into 24 rectangles, then cut each diagonally in half to form two triangles.
How to Measure Brown Sugar
When measuring brown sugar, pack firmly into a dry measuring cup and level off for an accurate measurement.
How to Measure Sticky Ingredients
When measuring a sticky liquid such as corn syrup or honey, first spray the inside of the measuring cup with cooking spray. The sticky liquid will slide right out!
How to Easily Remove Dessert from Pan
For easy removal of baked dessert from pan, line empty pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; spray with cooking spray. Prepare dessert in prepared pan as directed; cool completely. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting as directed to serve. For an easy way to line the pan with foil, turn pan upside-down and wrap a piece of foil around bottom and up sides of pan. When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.
