Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/2 lb. baking potato es (about 2 small)
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; spread in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce and paprika.
Turn potatoes; brush with barbecue sauce mixture. Bake 10 to 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Serve with BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream for dipping.
