1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion s
1/2 tsp. lime zest
18 medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
18 large thin wheat snack crackers

Let's Make It
Mix mayo, parsley, onions and zest. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Spoon onto crackers just before serving.
Prepare with RITZ Crackers or woven wheat crackers.
Top each appetizer with a small roasted red pepper strip and fresh parsley sprig.
