Cranberry sauce, you've got some competition! This turkey sandwich is made with a sweet and savory mango salsa.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 Tbsp. honey
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped mango s
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper s
1 green onion, chopped
2 squares ciabatta bread (3 inch), cut horizontally in half
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Smoked Turkey Breast

Let's Make It
Mix honey and lemon juice in medium bowl. Add mangos, peppers and onions; mix lightly. Set aside.
Spread cut surfaces of ciabatta squares with reduced-fat cream cheese. Place spinach and turkey on bottom halves of squares; cover with mango mixture and top halves of bread.
Add a dash of crushed red pepper to the mango mixture.
Store remaining salsa in refrigerator up to 2 days. Serve over spinach salad, as a dip for chips or as a sauce for other sandwiches.
