Chopped turkey tossed with baby greens, dried cranberries and shredded carrots makes for a terrific salad—and even better sandwiches!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Bold Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast, chopped
1/2 cup loosely packed torn mixed baby greens
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. shredded carrot s
2 thin whole wheat bagel s, split

Let's Make It
Mix mayo, yogurt and peppers in medium bowl until blended.
Add all remaining ingredients except bagels; mix lightly.
Fill bagels with turkey mixture to make 2 sandwiches.
Prepare turkey salad as directed, omitting the baby greens. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. When ready to serve, toss turkey mixture with baby greens then use to assemble sandwich as directed.
