9 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
1/2 cup mixed baby greens

Mix mayo and garlic; spread onto cut sides of bread.
Layer remaining ingredients on bottom half of bread; cover with top bread.

How to Evenly Split Focaccia Bread
Insert wooden toothpicks, 1 inch from bottom of bread loaf, into opposite sides of loaf. Use long serrated knife to cut bread horizontally in half, using the toothpicks as a guide. Remove and discard toothpicks.
