What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 tsp. olive oil
1 cup thinly sliced onion s
1/2 cup thin matchlike red pepper sticks
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
1/2 of a 1-lb. ciabatta loaf, split
1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast

Let's Make It
Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Mix mayo and salsa; spread onto cut sides of bread.
Fill bread halves with chicken and vegetable mixture.
Prepare using your favorite OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Meat.
Use Your Grill
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place vegetables on large sheet of foil sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with oil. Fold to make packet. Grill 7 to 10 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, turning every 4 min. Use vegetables to assemble sandwich as directed. Wrap in foil. Grill 5 min. or until heated through.
Serve with fresh fruit and baked chips to round out the meal.
