Hollow out insides of rolls. Discard removed bread. Spread mayo evenly onto insides of rolls; set aside. Cut steak into thin slices; place evenly in bottom halves of rolls. Cover meat in each sandwich with 1/4 cup of the cooked vegetable mixture and 1 Singles. Cover with tops of rolls.
Preheat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sandwiches; cover with lid. Cook 5 min. or until sandwiches are heated through and Singles are melted.
Remove tops of rolls. Add tomato slice to each sandwich; replace top of roll.
Serve with a cold glass of milk and a piece of fruit to this sandwich to round out the meal.
