A blend of crushed crackers and mayo gives these chicken breasts their tasty coating. (Green salsa and fresh cilantro add another flavor twist!)

30 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1-1/4 cups green salsa
10 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2-1/2 lb.)
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Combine cracker crumbs and mayo.

Spread salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with chicken; spread with crumb mixture.

Bake 20 min. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
