What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
2-1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup PLANTERS Daybreak Blend Berry Almond Trail Mix

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 9-inch square baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Spray with cooking spray; set aside. Mix oats, flour and baking soda. Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in honey and vanilla. Add oat mixture; mix well. Stir in trail mix.
Press firmly into prepared pan.
Bake 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool 15 min. in pan on wire rack. Lift dessert from pan onto cutting board, using foil handles. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
Add the grated peel of 1 lemon along with the trail mix.
