How do you make sweet, crisp macaroons even more delightful? Flavor 'em with lime zest, and mix in chewy coconut and cashews, of course!

2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (14 oz.) BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Cashew Halves with Pieces
1 Tbsp. grated lime zest

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Beat egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the coconut mixture, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-covered baking sheets.

Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Immediately remove cookies from baking sheets to wire racks. Cool completely.
