4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup chopped roasted red pepper s
thin woven wheat crackers

How to Soften Neufchatel cheese
Place measured amount of Neufchatel in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened.
