Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
1 small jicama, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. fruit seasoning with lime
2-1/4 lb. seedless watermelon, rind removed and fruit cut into wedges, divided
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Combine chickpeas, jicama and onions in medium bowl; set aside. Pour dressing into blender. Add fruit seasoning and 1/2 cup of the watermelon; blend 1 min. or until smooth. Add to chickpea mixture; toss to coat.

Arrange remaining watermelon wedges on serving platter along with the cucumbers and tomatoes. Top with the chickpea mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
