A martini glass makes for an elegant serving dish for this fruity JELL-O® Strawberry Breezer "Mousse-tini."
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
2-1/2 cups boiling water
1 tub (16 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1/2 cup light rum
1 Tbsp. lime juice

Let's Make It
Empty dry gelatin mix into pie plate. Moisten rims of 8 (6-oz.) martini glasses with cold water. Dip, 1 at a time, into gelatin mix, turning to evenly coat each rim with gelatin mix.
Pour remaining gelatin mix (from pie plate) into medium bowl. Add boiling water; stir 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients; whisk until blended.
Spoon into prepared glasses.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Prepare using COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
Is the whipped topping still frozen? No need to worry. Just follow the recipe as directed, using the still-frozen whipped topping. Just be sure to stir the gelatin mixture until the whipped topping is completely melted as directed before pouring into the prepared mold.
