1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt

4 fully cooked pork sausage patties
2 English muffin s, split, toasted
4 egg s, poached
1 small tomato, chopped

Mix mayo, yogurt and mustards in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or just until warmed, stirring after each minute.
