1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Spread chips onto large microwaveable plate; top with cheese.
