What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Let's Make It
Cut bell peppers into 6 strips each, then cut strips in half.
Put on a microwaveable plate; sprinkle with cheese and crushed red pepper.
Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Substitute a green bell pepper for the yellow or red pepper.
Top with sliced black olives or green onions just before serving.
