What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
thin woven wheat crackers
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Crush 30 crackers.
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, peppers and garlic; cook 8 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese and sour cream. Serve with additional crackers.
Prepare dip as directed. Transfer to microwaveable dish; cool. Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through.
