Between the mayo and the sour cream and the mozzarella and the Parmesan, we're wondering if this isn't the creamiest, cheesiest dip EVER.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red pepper s, divided
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Parmesan-garlic thin woven wheat crackers

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients except 1 tsp. of the peppers and the crackers until well blended; spoon into serving bowl.
Top with remaining peppers.
Serve with the crackers.
To serve as a hot dip, mix ingredients as directed in ovenproof dish. Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 25 min. or until dip is heated through. Serve as directed.
