1 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion s
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 plain bagel (4 inch), split, toasted

Cook frank as directed on package; cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
Mix franks with all remaining ingredients except bagel; spread onto cut sides of bagel.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until topping is heated through.
