Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 oz. (1/3 of 6-oz. pkg.) KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese, cut into 8 slices
1 cooked small boneless skinless chicken breast half (1/4 lb.), cut into 16 slices
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard
16 rosemary and olive oil woven wheat cracker s
16 small broccoli florets, cooked

Heat oven to 350°F.
Cut cheese slices diagonally in half. Combine chicken, sour cream and mustard.
Place crackers on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture, cheese and broccoli.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle lightly with cracked black pepper or paprika before baking.
Substitute KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise for the sour cream.
