1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Prepare Dinner as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions.
Meanwhile, brown meat in skillet on medium heat. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Add meat mixture to Dinner; mix lightly. Top with cheese.
Keeping it Safe
Be sure to thaw frozen ground beef safely. Keep the meat wrapped and thaw it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, not on the countertop.
Add 1 tsp. chili powder to browned meat along with the tomatoes.
