Original recipe yields 12 servings
1-1/2 lb. new potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 tsp. ancho chile pepper powder
1 can (11 oz.) corn, drained
2 green onions, sliced
1 small red pepper, finely chopped
juice from 1 lime

Cook potatoes in pan of boiling water 10 to 12 min. or until tender; drain.
Mix mayo and ancho powder in large bowl. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Prepare using KRAFT Lite Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
Add 1/2 tsp. ground cumin to the mayo mixture before tossing with the cooked potatoes.
This flavorful potato salad can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
