What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, undrained
4 corn tortilla s (6 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Let's Make It
Cook beans in large skillet on medium heat 4 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently; mash lightly with fork.
Top half of each tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese; fold in half. Add to bean mixture in skillet; cook on low heat 3 min. or until cheese is melted, turning after 2 min.
Serve topped with remaining ingredients.
Enjoy your favorite foods on occasion but remember to keep portion size in mind.
For added flavor, top each with 1 chopped canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce just before serving.
Substitute BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream for the mayo.
