These might look like glasses of bubbly, but on closer inspection you'll find they're filled with fruity, rum-spiked JELL-O. (Not that that's a bad thing!)
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup guava nectar
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
1/2 cup champagne
1/4 cup light rum
12 fresh raspberries (about 1/2 cup)

Let's Make It
Bring nectar and juices to boil in saucepan. Add to dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in champagne and rum.
Pour into 4 glasses. Add 3 raspberries to each glass.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Garnish with additional raspberries just before serving.
Substitute carbonated lemon-lime beverage for the champagne and water for the rum.
Substitute peach or apricot nectar for the guava nectar.
