Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 beef top round steak s (1-1/2 lb.), 1/8 inch thick
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 6 slices
1 jar (16 oz.) red salsa
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Top steaks with ham and cheese; roll up tightly. Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray to medium heat. Add steak rolls; cook 2 min. or until evenly browned, turning occasionally.
Pour salsa over steak rolls; cover. Cook 10 min. or until steaks are done (160ºF). Sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve these elegant, yet easy to make, steak rolls with hot cooked rice and a mixed green salad topped with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
