These crispy baked chicken subs get their name from the Buffalo-style fixins: cheese, celery and spicy mayo.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
6 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slice s
1/3 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
6 submarine roll s, partially split
3 stalks celery, cut diagonally into thin slices

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 min. or until done (165ºF). Top with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.
Mix mayo and wing sauce until blended; spread onto cut sides of rolls. Fill with chicken and celery.
Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo; mix with 3 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce for Buffalo wings, then spread onto cut sides of rolls. Continue as directed.
Coat chicken the night before. Refrigerate until ready to bake as directed.
