Lots of great flavors here—for not a lot of trouble! This Chili Snack Mix is made with mini saltine crackers, mixed nuts, a bit of butter and spices.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
3 cups mini saltine cracker s
1 can (11.5 oz.) PLANTERS Mixed Nuts
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Combine crackers and nuts in large bowl. Mix butter and seasonings. Drizzle over cracker mixture; toss to coat.
Spread onto bottom of foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.
Bake 10 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring after 5 min. Cool.
Enjoy eating appetizers at a social occasion, but be mindful of portion sizes so you don't overdo it on calories.
How to Wrap for Gift-Giving
Pack cooled snack mix in decorative tins or canisters; wrap with holiday ribbons. Bring to a holiday party as a hostess gift or give as a gift to that special teacher or friend.
For a burst of flavor, add 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) to cracker mixture along with the other seasonings.
