What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 corn tortilla s (6 inch)
1/2 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. each garlic powder and ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 cup KRAFT Authentic Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheeses, divided
1 tomato, seeded, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 6 to 7 min. or until crisp and lightly browned. Meanwhile, cook rice in medium saucepan as directed on package.
Add beans and seasonings to rice; mix lightly. Spoon onto tortillas. Reserve 2 Tbsp. cheese; sprinkle remaining cheese over tostadas.
Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted; top with tomatoes, cilantro and reserved cheese.
Brush both sides of tortillas lightly with oil instead of spraying with cooking spray.
