What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
4 poblano chile s, roasted, peeled, seeded and deveined, divided
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, cut into 4 slices
6 KRAFT Singles
6 hamburger bun s
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Chop 2 chiles; mix with meat and garlic. Shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill patties and onions 4 to 5 min. on each side or until patties are done (160ºF). Meanwhile, cut remaining chiles into strips. Top burgers with Singles; grill until Singles are melted.
Spread buns with mayo; fill with cheeseburgers, chili strips and onions, separated into rings.
Serve with fruit salad and a crisp mixed green salad.
