What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 poblano chile, roasted, peeled, seeded, deveined and thinly sliced
4 small bolillo s, split
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
4 KRAFT Singles
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

Let's Make It
Cook and stir onions, peppers and chiles in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until onions and peppers are tender.
Fill bolillos with turkey, vegetable mixture and Singles. Spread outside of bolillos with mayo.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down tops of sandwiches with spatula to flatten slightly as they cook.
Prepare using yellow, orange or green peppers.
How to Prepare in Panini Grill
Heat panini grill to medium heat. Grill sandwiches 5 min. or until Singles are melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
