How to Make Great Burger
To ensure the burger edges will not dry out before the centers are cooked through, shape patties to an even thickness.
Substitute KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce for the steak sauce.
How to Reconstitute Dried Chiles
Wear plastic gloves when removing stems and seeds of chiles. Place dried chiles in small bowl. Add enough boiling water to cover chiles; let stand 10 min. or until chiles are softened. Drain chiles, reserving 2 Tbsp. of the soaking liquid for use in the sauce.
