What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. finely minced fresh gingerroot
1 lb. boneless pork chops, cut into strips
1/2 lb. vermicelli rice noodles, uncooked
6 oz. snow peas, blanched, cut in half
2 carrots, shredded
1 cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise

Let's Make It
Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; pour 1/4 cup over meat in shallow dish. Stir. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate
Meanwhile, pour enough boiling water over noodles to completely cover; stir. Let stand 2 to 3 min. or until softened; drain. Rinse noodles with cold water; toss with vegetables in large bowl.
Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Cook meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Spoon over noodle mixture. Serve with remaining dressing mixture.
Substitute 1/2 lb. angel hair or vermicelli pasta, cooked as directed on package, for the softened rice noodles.
For an Asian twist, garnish with chopped fresh cilantro or green onions. Serve with lime wedges.
How to Cut Snow Peas
For easier slicing, stack 4 snow peas then cut in half.
