2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
4 KRAFT Big Slice Aged Swiss Cheese Slice s
24 RITZ Crackers
1 small boneless skinless chicken breast (1/4 lb.), cooked, cut into 24 pieces
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Virginia Brand Ham, quartered

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix dressing and chives. Cut cheese slices crosswise in half; cut each half into 3 pieces.
Place crackers on baking sheet; top with chicken, ham and cheese.
Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with dressing mixture.
Prepare using KRAFT Big Slice Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices.
Sprinkle lightly with cracked black pepper or paprika before baking.
