Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
3 large plum tomato es (3/4 lb.), seeded, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
juice from 1 large lime
12 tostada shell s
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 large avocado, sliced

Brown meat in skillet; drain. Cool completely.
Toss lettuce with tomatoes, onions and cilantro in large bowl. Add meat, dressing and lime juice; mix lightly.
Spoon onto tostada shells; top with cheese and avocados.
This refreshing salad makes a great salad to serve at your next outing. Just pack all refrigerated ingredients separately in cooler, then use to top tostada shells as directed just before serving.
Substitute 1-1/2 cups shredded cooked beef for the browned ground beef.
