What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
1-1/2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1 can (11.5 oz.) mango nectar
1 mango, peeled, chopped
8 cups fresh whole strawberries (2 lb.), divided
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Let's Make It
Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in nectar. Refrigerate 30 min.
Slice enough berries to measure 3 cups. Stir sliced strawberries and chopped mango into gelatin. Pour into 6-cup ring mold sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto plate. Fill center of mold with remaining berries. Top with COOL WHIP just before serving.
Use 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Strawberry Flavor Gelatin.
For a sparkling gelatin dessert, omit boiling water. Bring nectar to boil. Add to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 bottle (11.5 oz.) carbonated mineral water. Refrigerate 30 min. Continue as directed
Prepare using 2 pkg. (0.3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin.
How to UnMold Gelatin
Allow gelatin to set several hours or overnight until completely firm. Before unmolding, dip knife in warm water and run knife around edge of gelatin to loosen. Dip mold in warm water, just to rim, for 15 sec. Lift from water and gently pull gelatin from edge of mold with moistened fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate and shake to loosen gelatin. Gently remove mold.
