What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups fat-free milk
2 Tbsp. granular no-calorie sweetener
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, finely chopped
2 cups hot brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee (double strength)
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping

Let's Make It
Cook first 3 ingredients in saucepan 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. (Do not boil.)
Add to chocolate in medium bowl; whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in coffee.
Pour into 4 mugs. Top with COOL WHIP.
Prepare using MAXWELL HOUSE Decaffeinated Coffee.
