What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with 1 Tbsp. reserved adobo sauce
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
4 bolillo s (6 inch), split
20 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Turkey Breast
4 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slice s
1 avocado, thinly sliced
24 drained pickled jalapeño nacho slice s

Let's Make It
Mix mustard, chipotle peppers and adobo sauce. Mash beans in medium bowl. Add half the mustard mixture; mix well.
Spread bottom halves of rolls with mayo, then bean mixture. Spread top halves with remaining mustard mixture.
Fill rolls with turkey, cheese, avocados and nacho slices.
Serve with fresh fruit and a side salad.
Prepare using Portuguese or submarine rolls.
Melted Cheddar Turkey & Black Bean Torta
For hot sandwiches, prepare sandwiches as directed, omitting the avocado and nacho pepper slices. Wrap individually in foil. Bake in 375ºF oven 5 min. or until sandwiches are heated through and cheese is melted. Add avocados and nacho peppers.
