4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, chopped
