What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 lb. Mexican chorizo, crumbled
1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, sliced
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Cook chorizo in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until done, stirring occasionally; drain. Add red peppers and onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in mushrooms and jalapeño peppers; cook 4 to 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender.
Place pizza crust on baking sheet; brush edge with oil. Spread crust with sauce; top with 3/4 cup cheese, chorizo mixture, tomatoes and remaining cheese.
Bake 12 to 14 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing!
