What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/3 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber s
1/4 cup chopped red pepper s
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. grated gingerroot
2 flour tortillas (8 inch)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 lettuce leaves
1 KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slice, cut in half
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast

Let's Make It
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Mix mayo and hot sauce until blended; spread onto tortillas.
Top with lettuce, cheese, chicken and vegetable mixture.
Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
Since cucumber skins can sometimes be bitter, cucumbers are often peeled before use.
How to Use Fresh Ginger
Use vegetable peeler or sharp knife to peel desired amount of gingerroot, then use a microplane grater to grate the peeled piece.
