1/2 cup finely chopped red onion s
1/2 cup PLANTERS FLAVOR GROVE Skinless Almonds Cracked Pepper with Onion and Garlic, coarsely chopped
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
8 flour tortillas (8 inch)
4 cups shredded lettuce
1 tomato, chopped
