What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
For the Chicken
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
1 lb. chicken tender s or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 lb. For the Wraps
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
4 whole wheat tortilla s (8 inch)
1 cup torn romaine lettuce

Heat oven to 400°F.
For the Chicken:
Add cheese to coating mix in shaker bag. Moisten chicken with water; gently shake off excess. Add 2 or 3 chicken tenders to bag; shake until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining chicken. Discard shaker bag and any remaining coating mixture.
Bake 12 to 14 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
For the Wraps:
Mix dressing and barbecue sauce. Top tortillas with chicken, lettuce and dressing mixture; roll up.
Omit Parmesan cheese. Prepare using SHAKE 'N BAKE Parmesan Crusted Seasoned Coating Mix.
