What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion s
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushroom s
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Cook vegetables in hot oil on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Spread crust with sauce; top with vegetables and cheese.
Bake 12 min. or until cheese is melted and lightly browned
Save time by preparing pizza with frozen stir-fry vegetables. Cook 2 cups of your favorite stir-fry vegetable blend as directed on package; drain. Use instead of the cooked cut-up fresh vegetables.
Serve this hot pizza with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
