1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup each chopped onions and green peppers
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
3 cups cooked penne pasta

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl; set aside. Brown meat with vegetables in large nonstick skillet. Stir in pasta sauce, cream cheese mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted. Add pasta; mix lightly.
Spoon into 2-qt. casserole; top with remaining mozzarella. Cover.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 15 min.
Serve with a crisp mixed salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Substitute Italian sausage for the ground beef.
