1 cup slivered onion s
3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled small shrimp
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
8 corn tortilla s (6 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
1/4 cup shredded radish es
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
juice from 1 lime

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in shrimp; cook 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.

Mix Neufchatel, milk and taco seasoning mix until blended. Add to shrimp mixture; stir. Cook 2 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.

Spoon shrimp mixture onto tortillas; top with remaining ingredients. Roll up.

Substitute 3 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken for the shrimp, cooking until heated through before adding the Neufchatel mixture.

How to Use Leftover Taco Seasoning Mix
Brown 3/4 lb. lean ground beef in skillet; drain. Add remaining seasoning mix and 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. water; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Makes enough to fill 9 taco shells or about 5 servings.
