1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped red pepper s
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion s
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
12 stalks celery, cut crosswise into quarters
RITZ Crackers with Whole Wheat

Beat Neufchatel and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until blended.

Add peppers, onions and mustard; mix well.

Makeover - How We Did It
We saved 90 calories and 10g of fat, including 3.5g of saturated fat, per serving by coating the cheese ball with parsley instead of nuts, reducing the amount of cheese and using Neufchatel cheese and 2% Milk Cheddar instead of full-fat cheeses. Finally, we serve the cheese ball with RITZ Crackers with Whole Wheat.
